Been using this product on and off for years, and have always had a good result. I usually get a facial a week before I start the peel. I follow the directions, add in some extra food types than my daily normal of (fruit, greens, proteins, complex carbs), and drink more water to stay hydrated. It only helps the process along for very nice result. Good product for people who are disciplined, and have the ability to stay home to do it. It’s a process, not an overnight magic wand. Follow the instructions……
